Important Notice

KYC process must be completed within 30 days upon account creation. For assistance, please contact info@o2opayment.com.

After 30 days upon account creation, your account will be suspended and no new payment will be accepted. However, all accepted amount in your account can be settled.

After 90 days upon account creation, your account will be terminated. No payment can be settled and all accepted amount in your account will be forfeited.

* Remarks:
  1. When your account accumulates to USD5,000 or equivalent in a single currency, all funds will be settled to your bank account, provided that all settlement conditions are met.
  2. Two working days (T+2, China and HK public holidays are not included) is needed for settlement after settlement conditions are met.
  3. For Alipay HK / WeChatPay / WeChat OA Pay, further approval process is required by their respective payment platform after KYC process.
  4. Alipay HK / WeChatPay / WeChat OA Pay only apply to Hong Kong registered companies.
